AMIS is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

• Your content does not violate any Egyptian law or third party rights.
• Your content does not contain harmful, abusive, illegal, or misleading material.

AMIS has the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or threatens the integrity of the platform.

5. Subscription Plans & Payments

• My AMIS offers subscription plans for medical insurance programs.
• By subscribing, you agree to pay all associated fees.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• AMIS reserves the right to modify pricing, with notice provided through the App.

6. Medical Insurance Programs

• My AMIS acts as a platform for subscribing to medical insurance programs.
• All program details, terms, and coverage are provided by AMIS.
• Users are responsible for reviewing the terms of each program before subscribing.

AMIS is not responsible for any misunderstanding due to failure to read program terms.

7. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT:

• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Upload harmful content, malware, or viruses.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App.
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent identity.

Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by AMIS, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is owned by or licensed to AMIS. Users may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the App without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

• AMIS is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the App.
• AMIS does not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation of the App.
• Use of the App is at your own risk.

10. Termination

AMIS reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
• Restrict access to the App for maintenance or legal reasons.

Users may delete their accounts at any time through the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be handled through Egyptian courts.
